Reimagine · the AI workspace
What your best people know, working for the whole team.
Reimagine is a workspace where your team works alongside AI agents. How your senior people quote, draft, order and check is written down with them, and runs for everyone, built from your own past work. A person signs off anything that leaves the building.

Written-down know-how
What one person knows, written down and run by the whole team.
We sit with the person who knows how it’s done and write it down as steps: what they check, in what order, and the exceptions they’d never think to mention. They read every step and approve it. Then anyone on the team can run it, and the agents follow the same steps.

The routine paperwork, run every morning by the written steps.
Agents work through the inbox, the invoices, the orders and the chasing on a schedule you set, following the steps your people wrote down. Anything that doesn’t match goes to a named person, with the reason.

Nothing leaves the building without a person.
You set the rules with us. Anything sent to a customer, a supplier or a court, and anything that carries professional judgement, waits for the named person. They approve it, edit it or send it back. Internal work, like filing and costing, runs on its own.

Where the data lives
Who sees what, set down before anything is built.
Reimagine is held separately, in a workspace set up for your business. Access is by role, every agent action is logged, and the workspace has its own off switch. Where it is hosted: [hosting model to confirm (D-200)].

How an engagement runs
Scoped first, then built in stages.
Reimagine is priced per engagement, never from a rate card. You know what we’d build first, and what it costs, before you commit.
- 01
The Schematic.
Paid discovery. We sit with the people who hold the know-how, write down how the work actually runs, and find where the hours go.
- 02
The scope.
What we’d build first, what it connects to, who signs off on what, and the price. You have a number before you commit to anything.
- 03
Built in stages.
One workflow at a time, tested on your own past work before your team relies on it. [6–12 weeks per the offers doc; to confirm]
- 04
Kept current.
When the way you work changes, the written steps change with it, and the person who owns them approves the edit. [Support terms after launch: to confirm]
Questions
What owners and partners ask about Reimagine.
Is this a chatbot for the office?
No. It’s a workspace your team works in, with agents that run steps your own people wrote down: drafting, searching your past work, chasing and checking. Every draft shows where it came from, and a person signs off anything that leaves the building.
What does it cost?
It’s scoped after the Schematic and priced per engagement, not from a rate card. You have a number before you commit to anything.
Will it make things up?
Every line of a draft points to the document it came from, so the person signing it can check it. Anything that goes to a customer, a supplier or a court waits for that person. [What a draft shows when no source is found: to confirm.]
What happens to the person whose know-how it is?
They stay the authority on it. They check how their work is written down, approve the drafts built from it, and change the steps when the way they work changes.
Does our data train anyone’s model?
No. We only use model providers that don’t train on your data. [Retention terms per provider: to confirm.]
Where does our data live?
Reimagine is held separately, in a workspace set up for your business, with access by role and every agent action logged. [Hosting model and data residency: to confirm (D-200).]
Can a law or financial firm use it for drafting?
Yes, with the professional signing. It drafts from the firm’s own files; a lawyer or advisor reviews, edits and signs, and checks every citation. It gives no advice to anyone on its own. [Checked against your regulator’s guidance before it goes live.]
Do we have to start with Respond?
Most businesses start with Respond, because missed calls are the easiest loss to measure. [Whether Reimagine can be bought on its own, before the front end: to confirm.]
Where to start
Start with the Schematic, then a scope.
Reimagine is the top floor, built on what the other four already run. The Schematic writes down how your work actually gets done and where the hours go. The scope says what we’d build first and what it costs.
