Resell · campaigns to past customers
Every customer remembered, the right ones asked back.
Resell runs campaigns to the customers you already have: win-backs, service reminders, referral asks and quiet-week offers. It checks consent first, answers the replies, and books the yeses.

Win-back
Somewhere on your list is a customer who hasn’t been back in a year. Resell asks them back.
Resell finds the customers who haven’t been back in a while, checks it’s allowed to contact them, and sends a short note in your voice. Anyone who says yes is booked in the same reply.

Service and rebooking cycles
Asks before they’re due, not after they’ve gone elsewhere.
Much of what you sell comes round again: a yearly service, a renewal, a treatment every few months. Resell knows when each customer is due, asks ahead of time on the schedule you set, and offers an open time in the same message.

Referral asks
Asks for a referral after a good review.
The review request is Retain’s last step. When a customer leaves a good review, Resell thanks them and asks if anyone they know needs you. Anyone they send is answered by Respond, like every new enquiry.

Seasonal and quiet-week offers
Fills the quiet days with people who already know you.
Tell Resell which days or weeks run quiet, and what you’d like to offer. It sends the offer to the customers most likely to want it, and books the replies into the gaps. You set the offer; it never makes one up.

Offers the next thing to the people it suits.

Respectful by default
Consent checked before anyone is contacted.
Old lists need care. Before a campaign goes out, Resell checks who it’s allowed to contact, leaves out anyone who has opted out, and keeps to your quiet hours. Every message says who it’s from and how to stop, and STOP works the first time.

Questions
What owners ask about Resell.
Can we text customers from years ago?
Only the ones you’re allowed to. Consent is checked before anyone is contacted, and anyone without it is left off the list. Every message says who it’s from and how to stop. [The consent rules we apply, by country and by trade. To confirm.]
Won’t this annoy people?
Each campaign goes to the people it’s for, with your approval, inside the hours you set. STOP takes someone off every list straight away. [How often one person can hear from you, and the default. To confirm.]
Who writes the messages?
We draft them with you, in your voice, and you approve every campaign before it goes out. The offer is always yours; it never makes one up.
What happens when someone replies?
The agent answers everyday questions and books the yeses into your calendar. Anything about price goes to your people, with the whole thread. In law, financial services and insurance, anything that needs advice goes to a licensed person.
Can a law firm run referral campaigns?
Yes, with care. The ask is a plain thank-you, and it never mentions anyone’s matter. [Whether any reward can be offered for a referral, checked against your law society’s rules before it goes live.]
Where does the list come from?
Your own records: the booking system, practice software, CRM or point of sale you already use. [Which systems we connect to on day one. To confirm.]
Does it text from our number?
[From your business number or a dedicated one. To confirm.]
How long until it’s live?
Two to four weeks. We go through the list with you, agree the first campaigns and the rules, and test on a small part of your list first.
