Coaching
Yesterday’s calls are already checked. Every one, against your list.
Most owners hear a handful of calls a month, picked when there’s time. Replay checks every recorded call overnight, your people’s and the agent’s, against the same list. The ones that missed a step go into the next coaching note.

Each rep hears what to change, at the moment it happened.
Once a week, each person gets a short note: what their calls keep doing, what your best calls do instead, and the moment in a real call to listen to. Not a score to argue with. One thing to try on the next call.

As many practice calls as it takes, without getting the team together.
Getting the whole team to role-play every week is hard, so practice ends up depending on who turns up. Replay gives each rep an AI caller to practise with, out loud, whenever there’s a gap between calls. It’s built from calls your team has really taken: the caller who asks the price first, the one comparing three quotes, the one who’s already upset. Every try is checked against the same list as a real call. The coaching note says what to change; practice is how it becomes a habit.

Which location skips which step, without asking each manager.
If you run more than one location, every one is checked against the same list. You see where each location’s calls fall short, step by step, and what to coach first in each.

Every call that didn’t book, with the reason.
Each unbooked call gets a reason from a list you set: the price, no time that suited, outside your area, work you don’t do. Sorted by week, by rep and by service, so you fix the cause instead of chasing the call.

From the first ring to the paid invoice.
Every call is followed from the moment it rings to the moment it’s paid: answered, a real enquiry or not, booked or not, paid or not. Each step opens the calls in it, so when the numbers drop you see which calls, and why.

Also included
The same list for people and the agent.
It is set up for each team, so what it covers is set in the scope.
Checks the agent too.
Respond’s calls are checked against the same list as your people’s, so you see both side by side.
Your list, edited any time.
We write it with you during the build. Change a step, and the next call is checked against the new one.
A person decides.
It points out what to coach. Your manager decides what to say, and what becomes a rule.
Practice before the first real call.
New hires practise with the AI caller, against your list, before they answer for real.
See who’s practising.
Managers see who practised this week and on what, so practice doesn’t depend on who turns up.
Priced per project.
Pricing is custom and varies from project to project. You get a quote before any work starts.
Head office and each location.
Head office sees every location side by side; each location sees its own numbers. Who sees what is set in the scope.
Export any of it.
Any table downloads as a spreadsheet, or goes into the reporting tools you already use.
The week, by email.
The week’s numbers and what changed, in plain words, for owners who won’t log in to look.
Questions
What owners ask about Replay.
Is it available now?
Not yet. It’s planned, and it starts once your team’s calls are recorded.
Do we need Route first?
It uses the same connections to your phones and your software that Route sets up, so it sits on top of Route.
What does it cost?
Pricing is custom and varies from project to project. You get a quote before any work starts.
Do my people know their calls are checked?
Yes. We set it up with your team, not behind them, and callers are told calls are recorded.
Which calls can my team practise?
The ones they find hard: a new enquiry, a price objection, a caller comparing quotes, an upset customer, chasing a quote. We set up the practice callers with you, from your own calls.
Is the practice caller a real customer?
No. It’s an AI caller built from the kinds of calls your team takes. No customer’s name or details are used in practice.
Who sees the scores?
Each rep sees their own calls and notes. Managers see the team.
Where do the numbers come from?
From the calls themselves and the software you already run. Each number says which, and opens the calls behind it. Nothing is typed in by hand.
Does it check the agent’s calls too?
Yes. Respond’s calls are checked against the same list, so a step the agent skips shows up the same way a person’s would.
Which phone systems does it work with?
It needs recordings of your calls, from your phone system or by moving your numbers onto ours.
What comes next
The fifth floor, between the operation and the workspace.
Route sets who goes where. Replay shows how the people doing it are getting on. Above it is Reimagine: your whole team working alongside agents on the work nobody has written down.
